About
A little serious. Mostly not.
Hi, I'm Emilia. Digital creator, pole and aerial performer, living between Bucharest and Israel.
My background is psychology: I studied at Bar-Ilan University, and since December 2023 I've been working at the National Center for Post-Trauma and Resilience research in Israel, a place that studies how people get through the hardest things, and how they rise after them.
Online I write about confidence, relationships and showing up unapologetically, usually with a wink. On the pole I do exactly the same thing, only upside down and two metres off the ground.
